Why is unit testing important? And why is it so hard to convience developers to do it? And what's Test Driven Development has to do with it? Considered a best practice by many, it's still a long way from taking the plunge yourself, through pulling your team with you, to having the manager and the rest of the organization kiss your feet. Long way, great(?) reward. This talk is not about theory. No calculator examples. It's about tools, practices, some code, and real life problems. And some solutions. Or we can all whine together on how hard it is.
